Amazon delivered the TV on 3/30/05 as promised in good packing condition...The sound was good but the picture was unrecognizable...I've seen the future and the future is GOOD! Factory settings are great and the picture in HD is hard to describe it's so good...Like I said, though, hopefully in about a year there won't be much programming like this left (good riddance...not many-looks nice poor overall picture quality-especially black contrast, audio is a bit fuzzy This is our second large screen Plasma and bought this without researching enough...
Audio is awful, supplied remote a bit cheesy...Bought the TV after a great deal of research and in store comparison viewing...With the extended warranty/maintenance, I exchanged for a different manufacturer at the retail store I purchased it from, and received full credit of original purchase price...I CALLED SONY AND THE PART ARRIVED IN FOUR DAYS AFTER SCREAMING...
