Excellent when teamed with a map, nice appearance, fast route - changer...Cost, lack of documentation, slightly buggy...I'm torn on how to rate this product because it is the first of its kind that i've used therefore i cannot compare it to others on the market...If you're used to driving in northern France and in Ireland then this is a good product for you as it extends it's range to these areas...First...

A Sat Nav device with out of date maps is useless...Their published procedure to update the actual device is inaccurate and although a lengthy procedure, 40+ mins, transfers the new map to the device, the device ceases to function properly thereafter...What Service! The advice they give is to try something that wasn't in the published routine and they don't hold out any hope that it will be successful...
