My rating is 3 stars for its design and good sound, but the audio format conversion is bad and I gave up when the headphones' wires snapped...The battery life is also good, and there is a MemoryStick Duo slot for expansion...Is the LP feature on iTunes 9 a good idea...

Sleek, compact design; strong audio quality; great battery life; 256MB of built-in memory; expansion slot....Expensive; proprietary encryption scheme slows transfer time and eats hard-disk space....it also charges the battery.The NW-MS70D comes with all the standards you expect from a portable audio player, but don't expect any extras...Like Sony's earlier Network...
