The technical specifications for this product and the description in the reviews section say it includes the "Sony Street Smart Headset" and that it supports hands-free operation...The product shipped to me - SONY SPPN1000 - does not have this feature - not even a jack for a headset...It probably is a fine cordless phone, but hands-free it is not! It made at funny sound ,off...
The only slight omission is the lack of a headset jack if that's important to you...However, I bought the phone and spoke to a Sony rep and they say the key pad lighting up on this unit is not one of the features...Excellent quality at an affordable price...
