Great value, not flashy but not an ugly axe either...The Takamine unlike the Ovation sounds good both plugged and unplugged...I tried a lot of guitars, Yamahas, Washburns and some of the other Takamines and yes even a couple Martins (yeah they sound good but were out of my trade/price range)and this one had the warmest richest sound of all of them...
