I wish I had read the previous review on the range, as it sounds like there are other problems to prepare for, I would have bought the Viking instead, it may not look as good, but at least it works...I can't speak about the quality of other "professional" ; home ranges but Thermador is as bad as it gets an d selecting it proved a costly mistake...Other items which went bad are...
