I definitely understand that electronics can fail, but I cannot recommend a Toshiba TV based upon the frequency of quality issues in combination with the poor customer support...First, the set looks real good, nice fit and finish, no exposed RCA plugs or anything on the front of the unit...The picture quality from just plain old cable tv is good to excellent depending on what network you are...
