We had one possible issue with our Verizon FIOS service, and Toshiba sent a tech to check things out within about 2 hours of our calling (there was nothing wrong with the TV...it was a tricky FIOS installation in our older home...The controls are fairly easy to navigate (they allow for programming several peripherals), and the manual answers most questions...We are considering another Toshiba...
