I can't say enough good things about it! I'd tried out several at university and could never find one I liked...It can be used out of the box (after a battery charge) but I recommend you read the manual to get full use of the camera...I spent about a month checking out many reviews on digital cameras and came to the conclusion that the ToshibaM70 was the best for the money...
Excellent picture quality, Very good in low light conditions, threaded collar for a variety of 43mm lenses and filters, good zoom, very very fast both to load and to recycle between pictures...For a good priced camera in the 3MP range I don't think this camera can be beat...Unless you are a professional photography who is used to nothing but the absolute best you will find this camera a very good buy...
