I've owned five different 17" laptops over the last few years and this is the best yet - in spite of a few flaws...Whopping 6-1/2" X 3" X 2" in demension, it probably weighs good 3 pounds is my guess...If you're someone who's heavily into gaming, watching videos or any 'power' application, you won't find a better 17" laptop for under 1800...
New egg stil rocks!!! A lot of people complain about vista but once you get use to it, its really not that bad...Good benchmark ratings on 3dMark06 especially for a laptop...Still good enough for gaming and video needs......
grapics cards are good but no (8800 gtx's), like most other sli notbooks...I LOVE the integrated numerical pad fantastic and I really like how Toshiba has decided to put the space of the user interface to good use...The Dual Graphics Cards (512 MB NVIDIA SLI Dual GeForce 8600m GT) tends to heat up alot and I highly recommend a cooling pad...
