After doing a lot of reading on consumer review sites I came to the conclusion that Uniden made the best phones...This is all rather good, but unfortunately none of those settings can be applied to the base unit without its handset...While there is plenty of volume to fill a room, the overall sound quality is a bit on the "tinny" side...
