They used to have really good forums to download preconfigured devices...PC Programmability Custom Labeling Hard Buttons Good Layout Removed chapter skip keys that were on MX-500 URC will only provide crippled software to customers who purchase from unauthorized dealers...Highly recommended! Buttons are well placed and have a good tactile response...Aside from the support issue described above, I have no issue recommending this remote...which wouldn't be a big deal if they would at least tell you what the website is!!! Overall, the problems are more of a wine-list then real issues...
