Compared to others that are rated at the same brightness, this is definitely brighter and clearer...I love this screen! It's beautiful -- a lot of digital real estate! It's also plenty bright, has great colors, no dead pixels -- a joy to behold! It's well worth the purchase! No complaints! Good price, solid construction, no dead pixels...This is an excellent price on a very good monitor...
Viewsonic is a great brand for people looking for a good quality, value-priced monitor that maybe doesn't have a ton of extra features...I'm only running this through a VGA connection, but The colors and picture are just a good as I had hoped...I wouldn't recommend going below a 19" on a widescreen because they just don't look as big due to the decreased height...
It works OK, and I am overall satisfied with it...The color is fairly good, but to have accurate color reproduction, it still needs calibration...Very bright, with high contrast and good black level...
