It's easy to see that MiTAC builds the V35 for ViewSonic, with the main physical difference between it and the Mio 339 being a scroll wheel on the left of the V35...The V35 feels sturdier than the 339, but their plastic casing doesn't compare with the metal chassis on test for protection...If you're taking the V35 on long trips, you might need to switch...
