Good looks, great performance ....You have to pay that little bit more for a 2ms response time ....After previously having a Viewsonic VX912 with a somewhat lacking 24ms response time or something quite ridiculous when compared to this new piece of kit, and an old pc, it was time for me to upgrade to the new VX922...At first glance i have to admit, i was wondering what I was paying for...Overall...

if you do any gaming or video editing you'll want this monitor...Subtract that from the overall price and the monitor is a pretty good value...I've always had good experiences with ViewSonic, but can't in all honesty recommend this one...
If that doesn't bother you, then this is a good monitor with nice color and fair contrast...The viewsonic VG series we use at work also came up with good solutions to this viewing angle isue...This monitor does have a tremendous refresh rate which makes for almost zero ghosting, but it also comes with the downside of bad viewing angles and uniformity...
