After doing so, every trime I tried to run PaperPort, I received an error message, "PaperPort will now close." Sc null It is great for large stacks of documents on a good day...For the most part, the only good thing about this scanner is the ADF...and let me tell you...the canon has horrible quality) I would only recommend th null Be advised that this company has no toll free or email support...
buy it! This is a great scanner for the small office with not-too-heavy scanning needs...The quality of the scanned product is very good once you have the scanner correctly installed...Basically this is a good scanner, but you need to be familiar with scanner capabilities or it can be a real headache...
