Great picture
Low price...Difficult to set up and use...Our judges reported that it was particularly good at handling DVDs and blue-laser/high-def discs, though it did a fine job with everything else too...So what do you sacrifice for that kind of a bargain...The Gallevia GV42LF isn't an easy TV to set up or use...The backlighting on Vizio's Gallevia GV42LF...
The GV42LF is another example, bringing 1080p resolution to a 42-inch screen at a price that's tough to beat...As usual, we found a lot to like about the GV42LF's picture, especially considering its price: it can deliver a relatively deep black, its color after adjustment isn't bad, and it makes an excellent computer monitor...see below for the GV42LF's computer...
Good sound, picture and easy to hook up, plus the price was great...Will have to dwell further into what this tv can and cannot do - right now content with the 1080i quality (didn't know it came with pip - but that's a good thing...The picture is as good if not better than those higher priced TV's...
I've also used to for DVDs that are upconverted on the PS3 and those look pretty darn good too...The Vizio actually looks natural and with bias lighting makes the perfect balance of natural tones and good blacks...You plan on upgrading your TV every 2-3 years -You will have a 1080P device hooked up(PS3) -You get it for under a grand Price, great reviews, easy to set up, full HDTV...
