I looked online about customer service and found lots of bad reviews which said good luck with getting these things fixed...1) The HD channels look tremendous, as do my non-HD DVDs (once I got an "up convert" HDMI DVD player...1) The TV picture doesn't always come on when you turn on the set...
I never saw the Olevia in action, but did get a chance to see the Sanyo which had a good picture, but not as good as the Vizio in my opinion...I would recommend going to Costco to see the Vizio brand...The TV has a pretty good amount of inputs (1 HDMI, RGB, 2 components, 3 composite, digital audio out, ntsc/atsc, qam) considering its price...
1st of all, be advised that the picture shown by Buy.com is NOT the TV you'll get!!! They look similar though: both have black bezel and silver speakers...Overall, a good HDTV for its price...I would have no concerns with buying another Vizio LCD like this one...
