I owned this phone for over a year and just decided to write a review based on the bad reviews it was getting...I recently upgraded to the uniden tru9465-2 not because the phone wasn't good but because my 19 month old dropped it so often that speaker phone was starting to make a buzzing sound when you put it on...The picture quality isn't all that good I must admit but overall it's a good phone...
The product is refurbished, but was a good buy...Other than that I'm very pleased." "The rechargeable batteries that came with the phone were dead and did not hold a charge so i did have to spend an additional $17 for new ones, but overall the phone is great...This phone is a good phone, just the batteries it came with were shot...that's really my only gripe...
I am lowering my overall score to "average" because of this...Overall form factor is slightly larger than I would like, but the feature rich phone makes up for that...Bottom line, If they can make the battery life last MUCH longer, improve the quality of the display screen, and perhaps make it smaller, I would consider revisiting this after a couple more product generations...
