Perhaps not as good as the top line Sony Brava, but for for the price great picture and much better than some of the cheaper sets now being imported with names no one has ever heard of...Sound quality is pretty good, but when hooked up to a home theater system, great results...The sets upconverting circuitry is quite good and teamed with a progressive player quite good contrast and sharpmness...
