Bad customer service is enough for me to go elsewhere for a monitor...However, when I received it I was surprised to discover how bad the quality was...The bottom line is that the monitor is a poor quality product and not what you will expect from a LCD monitor...
If you can get one w/o a dead pixel, it's a great monitor for web/typing etc...The resolution seems to be somewhat low in some situations, though this could just be my graphics card / configuration The speakers suck Overall it's a pretty decent monitor, especially considering the price and small profile...2 bad pixels but only noticeable from a side view...
