Lousy 'phones...Not as solid looking...With 22 hours battery life, 8GB capacity, a micro SD slot, wide audio and video support, the X20 sprints ahead of the competition, like a hare on steroids...From the rotating menu to the terrific 2.2inch screen for movie playback, it's a pleasure...

micro sd card slot, fm radio, volume, videos...main control dial, menus, equaliser, Apple unfriendly (no AAC support)...I also chose the IriverX20 with 2GB internal memory and then chose to review it in the 4GB category...But you still need good eyesite to view the videos more than casually...I found the circular dial to control the on screen menu difficult to use initially, then I used...

Not a satisfactory arrangement for warranty...Fortunately we have some consumer protection laws in Australia...Just waiting to see if Iriver replace the unit under warranty...
Love it! All in all I really like this player, and outside of the innovative design of the Clix, I think the X20 is the better player...Although it has been canned for not allowing subscription downloads, I don't see that as a problem, because I will not pay the outrageous prices for subscription services...I can't get it to play loud enough, even though I use Shure E4G earphones...
