The E71 business phone is a case in point...Nokia claims the E71 is the slimmest full Qwerty keyboard phone available, and at just 57mm wide, we're inclined to believe it...Despite the E71's thinness, its metal case adds a certain weight and gravitas, though at 127g it's hardly excessive...
But times move on, new handsets are released, and inevitably - eventually - a new champion comes along...Unlike its E61 predecessor, which was about as broad-shouldered as a phone could get, the E71 is as slim-waisted as an iPhone and 2.3mm thinner, too, at a mere 10mm...Combine those with the four well-sized shortcut keys and the pair of soft keys and overall you've got a very comprehensive...
Highly recommend this phone to people...Everything about this phone is a Pros...I didn't think I would get used to the rather mushy keyboard after coming from the BB Curve, but I have and its all good now...
the keypad on the e71, although a little cramped, feels good on the fingers...My only complaint is the mail app, but Nokia's working on a subscription-based push email service (beta is available now) that looks good so far...I *highly* recommend this phone for business and/or power users who need to be productive on their phone no matter their location...
