I've done a good number of Fisher 500's and only one 400 that I can remember but it sure seems to me I remember a selenium rectifier for the bias supply in there on the 400 just like the 500...Having these replaced is probably a good idea as the parts will only cost about $1 and since they are so easy to get to the labor will be cheap...These tubes if good, you most definatly...
