"All you get is a box and a motherboard, no cpu, no memory, no DVD burner, no wireless card, no bluetooth, no software, you get nothing but a 89 dollar motherboard and a 50 dollar case...Oh and no HDMI only vga to vga cable to a TV will make a picture with this rig...Stay away from this thing unless you can spend 900 bucks to get all the hardware to make it run..." read more »

"If you're looking for a tiny barebones PC to use as a media centre, you should make the MP965-DR your first choice...Although it is hard to tell from the photo, this is one of the smallest PCs you're likely to see, measuring just 165x165x60mm, which is barely larger than a Mac Mini...It's good to see a built-in infrared receiver rather than an ugly external box, which uses up a USB port...All these components are for notebooks to reduce size, but they cost more than the desktop PC equivalents..." read more »

"My first blog entry, and I am proud to present the fastest platform I’ve seen of the Mini-ITX family: AOpen MP965-DR...All that high-end hardware functionality is greatly supported by a good amount of accessories shipped with the box: cables, adapters, manual and drivers...Overall, the MP965-DR is everything and more than your regular PC..." read more »

"Sweet-looking Technically capable Well laid-out...No PCI-E power cable!...We have the occasional effort from Biostar, and while its SFF releases are rare as rocking-horse crap, they're usually pretty good...Aopen's latest effort, the EU965, is quite excellent...And that means all sorts of good stuff......" read more »

"I bought this little PC to serve as a small mini web server...The case includes a CPU fan for the small form factor (considering no M processors come with a fan) and it seems to do it's job as the pc doesn't run hot...Overall a pretty good system from AOpen, probably better value than the current Mac Mini's..." read more »

"To side-skirt the entire issue, one could have used...Otherwise, nothing else has changed -- choice of Core 2 Duo procs, DVI and S/PDIF digital out, gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g WiFi(optional), Bluetooth (optional), integrated Intel GMA 950 graphics, a mini PCI slot, DVD±RW optical drive, and choice of 2.5-inch SATA disk -- which isn't a bad thing...This seems like a good tivo replacement if it had decent HD support..." read more »
