Reviews for this Celestion speaker (4 user reviews): "When you spoke to Celestion, you didn't speak to me, and as far as I can tell from what I've seen at shows, the 'new' Vintage 10 is the design I left on my bench when I quit...It did have a much bigger sound than the average 10, and the guys I brought in to give their opinion thought it sounded better and bigger than a Vintage 30...The old Vintage 10 was very dark, and I wanted to add a bit more top, a bit more volume and a bit more definition...Of course, it's their baby so I can't be sure how much of my version made it to production but what I've seen looks like my one, and I thought it was the best 10 I'd done...As you said the old Vintage 10's are very dark and I could not see why they would want to make them darker..."

Reviews for this Celestion speaker (10 user reviews): "What surprised me when walking into the room is how I could not tell which speaker was playing the music, given they are close together but normally I am still able to tell, walking closer I found the culprit to be the Celestion F30...Overall I was really impressed by the performance of these speakers and for the price tag of 2-3 hundred dollars they are right up there in my book with the x series in price vs...The lows were not good even for a bookshelf speaker and the mids seemed to be a bit muffled..."

Reviews for this Celestion speaker: "Remember, the Classic 20 has a speaker out jack, and I think it’s the opposite of the Classic 30 in that when you plug in an external cab, it silences the internal speaker...I used my Classic 20 with a Marshall 8412 cab – really just to see if it would work...I have a Jensen C12N speaker in it right now and it sounds very good...I sold both my Classic 20 AND my Classic 30 (and my 410s) and got a Blues Jr..."
