Reviews for this Danelectro guitar (9 user reviews): "This is a very good sounding guitar...Thus far there have been 4 incarnations of the Danelectro 1959 DC...If it's good enough for Mark Knopfler and Jimmy Page, then it's good enough for me! In all honesty, I don't think you could better it's sound at the price, but that sound really is limited to the two pickup mix..."

Reviews for this Danelectro guitar (7 user reviews): "I just got this one in black (I still have the Airline amp, which is the same amp as the comparable supbro) and it sounds as good as the one I had in 66...The bottom line is it has great tone, alnico 5 pickups (so it is great for that blues sound...It has a fast neck and good electronics but I did upgrade the tuners to Gotoh 18:1..."
