"My wife needed a remote for her night stand so we could both control the Direct Tv receiver...The RC-23 remote is solid in your hand, lays flat on your side or coffee table and seems less apt to break in a fall than the original DirectTv Peanut remote...I would recommend this as a worthwhile replacement if your peanut remote is not performing as it once did after a few drops or spills..." read more »
