I believe it was a Disney DVD player!!! I called Starlite and was told too bad it’s out of their hands and warranty; there is nothing they could do...I am so upset that the product doesn't do what it says it does and even more upset that you knowning sell it and then when the customer calls for help it more or less too bad..."
