A lot of trouble at first setting up...I have downloaded over a thousand songs and have only filled up almost half the memory in the player! I would recommend this player but be ready to get someone who knows a little bit about computers should you have the same problems...I had purchased the player based on the previous reviews and when I received the player, the software was easy to install and uploading music files to the player was a snap and the quality of audio was very good..."

Reviews for this EMI Global mp3 player (22 user reviews): "That's good news, as you can lower the bitrate to save space and add more music...Nice player bad software spent over an hour trying to get the software to work on windows xp had to completely remove all the registry identifiers and install the online software I have had my player for almost 2 years...I would rate the sound quality as average and would recommend getting better earphones as the earphones that came with this player don't sound that good..."
