User from shopzilla says: I had to then remove the top rack, move the bottom rack to the top and cook them another 2 to 3 minutes; and they too were not evenly cooked amongst them as well...I should have taken the unit back right then...The cookies on the top rack were more done than those on the bottom, with 3 out of the 8 cookies much more browned...see more
