Here are some quick tips when buying IP Phone:
- 900 MHz cordless phones will be the cheaper but 2.4 GHz phones will offer better sound quality
- 5.8 GHz phones tend to cause fewer problems with WiFi networks than 2.4 GHz phones
- DSS (digital spread spectrum) phones have longer ranges and are less susceptible to noise and eavesdropping
- Look for new 1.9 GHz DECT phones that wont interfere with WiFi networks
