"Great picture, customer service is helpful Quite working, and replacement didn't work either Well the TV worked out fine for 8 months minus the shabby remote, but then died...Global did inform me later that Hisense had changed their terms and they would no longer be carrying the Hisense brand...The remote is not the best at first but it's got better or i got better at useing it..." read more »
