No built-in optical drive...This model comes with the new Montevina Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2.40GHz processor and runs Vista without a hitch...The high resolution 1280 x 800 LCD is a bonus, nicer than the x61.Get the 9 or 6 cell battery if you would like more than 2 hours of usage, but that obviously adds to the weight...Can these PCs survive being frozen, dropped, getting dirty and taking a shower with our staff......" read more »
