"The PowerMate chassis can lie flat, stand on end, or?with the help of an optional set of brackets?attach to the underside of a desktop...You won't, however, be able to open the PowerMate's chassis or remove its drives without a screwdriver...No matter how large or small your business is, you are constantly faced with the challenged of keeping all your computer systems up and running, upgraded and updated..." read more »

"The main aim of this site is to provide a free resource of NEC 2000 IPS and Zeacom Server resources to both our customers and complete strangers...Over the years, we've worked with so many NEC 2000 IPS and Zeacom engineers, and one of the biggest problems supporting this phone system and CTI server is that there is so little resource on the internet...ProAction Networks , who sponsor the upkeep of this site specialise in supporting business voice and data systems, troubleshooting IT problems, and providing web development for individuals and small businesses..." read more »

"The PowerMate ML450 is firmly aimed at consumers, though, and is available at a good price...Underneath the PowerMate's well-built black and silver case is a dual-core Pentium D 930 processor paired with a generous 2GB of RAM...If you don't play games, the PowerMate ML450 is a powerful PC with plenty of RAM and hard disk space..." read more »

"NEC's PowerMate Vector VL350 manages the double act of being both the fastest PC in our real-world 2D benchmarks and the quietest...The CPU fan is temperature-controlled and the power supply's extractor sits just above it, taking hot air through the PSU and out the rear...But it's worth noting that, while it convincingly beat the PC Nextday's dual-core Pentium D overall, the latter showed its strength in the multitasking component of the tests..." read more »

"Very powerful; plenty of extras; interchangeable desktop/tower case....No free PCI slots....This is a fact confirmed by our testing and, with its 512Mb of DDR memory, it won the highest score yet seen in our benchmark tests...Overall, this is a fantastically well equipped all-rounder, as it should be at this price...It comes equipped with Windows XP Home, a Wingman game pad, a selection of games to get you started and a three-year standard warranty......" read more »

Reviews: It's slowing my DVD burns down a LOT...The Buffer Underrun protection should NOT be activated unless something bad happens on the burn, and yet it keeps getting activated every time the bufffer gets down to 7...This is in Nero.) Anyone got any idea why this is happening...
Retrevo's Recommendation: Older product, look for current models
Reviews: Well, the truth is that it has died to burn DVD+R DL properly (it gives me errors at layer break), so I have bought a Pioneer 116 and it seems to work fine (by now...I use it as a reader as my Pioneer 115D is a bit greater as writer...I'm surprised the 5200's can still be found...
