LED-LCD/LCD Models

	Panasonic C Series The Panasonic C Series are the entry-level line of LCD and LED-LCD HDTVs with a 720p resolution. The refresh rate is pegged at 60 Hz and is available in sizes only under 32 inches.
	Panasonic X Series The X Series offered by Panasonic are sets of LCD displays with a 720p resolution and streaming capabilities. In line with the lower resolution is a slower refresh rate, pegged at 60 Hz for all models.
	Panasonic U Series The Panasonic U Series are LCD and LED-LCD HDTVs aimed at the mainstream consumer. The resolution for the sets is 1080p and refresh rate varies (60 Hz - 120 Hz).
	Panasonic E Series Panasonic debuted their E Series LED-LCD HDTVs in 2011 and includes a quick refresh rate and Internet connectivity. The displays are great, as every model has 1080p and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It also has the nice feature of allowing one to stream content through Easy IPTV, Panasonic's standard streaming software.
	Panasonic D Series The D Series from Panasonic is a set of high end HDTVs with 1080p resolution and a LED-LCD display. Refresh rates are high throughout the series and vary from 120 to 240 Hz. They also support 3D playback as well as Viera Connect, Panasonic's premier streaming service.
	Panasonic DT Series The Panasonic DT30 Series is a line of high-end 3D LED-LCD HDTVs. The sets have a 1080p resolution and 240 Hz refresh rate, as well as access to Viera Connect, Panasonic's premier streaming service.
Plasma Models

	Panasonic X Series Panasonic introduced the X Series of Plasma HDTVs in 2011 and consist of 720p sets with Internet connectivity. The sets can stream content, such as Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Pandora straight to the TVs through Panasonic's Easy IPTV software.
	Panasonic S Series The S Series is a set of 1080p plasma displays offered by Panasonic geared towards the general public. Newer models include the ability to stream content, but the feature lists is relatively bare from there.
	Panasonic ST Series The Panasonic ST Series are a set of 1080p plasma HDTVs with improved motion picture resolution. The models are able to playback 3D video and stream content from Panasonic's Viera Connect system.
	Panasonic GT Series The GT Series by Panasonic are high-end THX Certified Plasma HDTVs, with improved 3D playback and 1080p resolution. All models also have access to Panasonic's Viera Connect streaming software, which allows one to stream TV shows and movies to their set.
	Panasonic VT Series The VT Series of Panasonic Plasma HDTVs includes THX Certified Display with improved 3D playback, 1 pair of free 3d glasses as well as 1080p resolution. All the sets have a One Sheet of Glass Design, built in Wi-Fi and access to streaming content through Viera Connect service.

	Motion Picture Pro 5 Panasonic's motion interpolation software uses frame creation and backlight control to increase refresh rate and decrease flickering. Intelligent Frame Creation: method of motion interpolation; simulating screens to make an appearance of an increased refresh rate.
	Smart TVs Viera Connect IPTV: Panasonic's take on Internet TV brings Internet apps to your TV, along with the ability to stream content, check the weather, and play games from your TV set alone. Viera Cast: The former name of Viera Connect, it offered many of the same features, such as streaming content.
	'3D' Advanced Predischarge Driver Panasonic marketing term for the use of LCDs with an increased response rate, yielding crisper images.

	Infinite Black Pro 2 A feature introduced in 2011 that uses new display technology to increase contrast in plasma displays.
	NEO PDP Display A display introduced in 2010 that helps reduce the notoriously high energy consumption of plasma sets.
	THX Display A set that has passed THX's testing procedure to ensure the display meets their standard for image and audio quality.
	Anti-Reflective Filter A panel that reduces the glare of a typical screen, replacing it with a matte-like finish.
