amazon says: Another minor gripe is the built-in camera, I have never been able to figure out how many mega pixels it has and the image is definitely not as good as some of the smaller web-cams on the market...The unit had one bad pixel--a red that stayed on all the time, which was a problem when editing photos; SONY sent out a technician to my home and replaced the screen even though a single pixel isn't strictly covered by the warranty...I love it and would definitely recommend it...see more
