Reviews for this Sony tablet (4 expert reviews (rating 66 / 100) • 12 user reviews): "Lighter than its peers
Sharp, dark display
Workable music playback and Web browser
Supports...Bezel sides are very narrow
Battery not removable
No 3G option...Take, for example, the Sony Reader Wi-Fi PRS-T1...The basis it builds on is solid, though, seeing as the PRS-T1 has a featherweight but sturdy chassis, expanded font controls, easy navigation,..."

Reviews for this Sony tablet (9 expert reviews (rating 70 / 100) • 3412 user reviews): "All in all, it's well thought out and a big improvement on the 505, though the menus don't react quite as quickly to commands as they do on the Touch...At 107 x 158 x 10mm, it's the same thickness as the Touch, but 14mm narrower and 17mm shorter...While that's a hefty £70 cheaper than the Touch, it's worth remembering that it's only 20 quid less than the old 505 sold for..."

Reviews for this Sony tablet (9 expert reviews (rating 80 / 100) • 1251 user reviews): "Fits well in a pocket; easy to read screen; fast...Feels cheap; touch control could have been better...The new PRS-350 model shares the 15x10cm dimensions of its predecessor, with a 5in screen...Although the PRS-350 is well made it felt overly plasticky and the metal-effect rear cover felt quite cheap to us...At £159 it is a little expensive compared with the Kindle, but at the time of writing John Lewis is selling it for £129, which makes it a very good deal......"

Reviews for this Sony tablet (21 expert reviews (rating 79 / 100) • 3155 user reviews): "The PRS-505 marries style and purpose to stunning effect...And with the PRS-505 it's clear the company intends on tackling the eBook market with far more élan...Indeed, it would take a soul devoid of any sort of joy not to completely fall in love with the PRS-505 at first sight...Yet for all this splendour, E Ink suffers one major flaw..."

Reviews for this Sony tablet (16 expert reviews (rating 65 / 100) • 3148 user reviews): "Now Sony has released its next-generation Reader, the PRS-600, which does indeed have a touch screen, hence its 'Touch Edition' moniker...Look at the Touch from any direction other than face on and the differences between it and the old Reader are a hard to discern...Up top there are slots for both SD and Memory Stick Duo storage expansion, along with the on/off switch and a stylus – more on this below – while down below sit a 3.5mm headphones jack, mini USB port and power socket..."

Reviews for this Sony tablet (1 expert review (rating 80 / 100) • 5 user reviews): "The PRS-950 is the high end wireless model in Sony's fall 2010 ereader lineup, and it features the same Pearl E-Ink display technology for enhanced E-Ink contrast and infrared-based touch that doesn't affect display quality...Sony also throws in 10 dictionaries, including several translation dictionaries, and a very good web browser (for those who don't mind the web in shades of gray...While the last gen PRS-900 came with a charger and case bundles, the PRS-950 comes only with a USB cable and stylus that lives in a silo at the upper right corner...The 950 sheds a few ounces from the 900, largely because Sony abandoned the user-replaceable battery..."
