Reviews for this Sylvania blu-ray / dvd player (6 user reviews): "With HDMI you have an absolutely incredible picture with standard DVDs...I tend to get really bad sound quality through the HDMI cable when connected directly to the TV...The only way around this was basically to unplug the HDMI cable while both TV and DVD are on, then I get good sound, OR I just worked around the TV by connecting the DVD player directly to my stereo..."
