"If your laptop doesn't have a line-out connector, you can buy a cheap external USB sound card that does (using the headphone out on your laptop might work, but wouldn't be as good as a line-out...Let me know if this fixes your problems...though I would not recommend doing this update unless you are having the same problems as jsmiddleton4...My guess is that you have a setting wrong or perhaps (not likely) a bad HDMI cable..." read more »

"He was thinking of getting one himself, but got the Yamaha RS-7000 instead, so he showed me a few things on it, I messed around, made a beat on it, I was impressed with the machine...Many people I've talked to, say the MPC is the only way to go for hip hop and R&B, and say the RS is inferior...Also, how much better/different is the MPC 3000 than the 2XL..." read more »

"This mouthpiece will play well and do anything you ask it to do (THAT INCLUDES THE ALTISSIMO.) A good choice not only because it plays well, but also because of its low price...It's definitely a great bargain, you just can't beat the price, and the quality is rather good...But, it is a good mouthpiece, so if your going to buy it, you might want to buy a mouthpeice saver too..." read more »

"10 This is a spinet organ an it is about 20 years old...But it showed no damage, so I can nearly say it is as good as new...It`s fully solid state and very robust so I can say it will last at least as long I have enough money to buy a good old Hammond..." read more »

"I would recommend this to anyone who is on a budget and in it for the fun of playing...Once I played this all of the bad feelings and thoughts of playing a Yamaha student mouthpiece as I studied with some of the most serious players around went away...Also remember its not just the mouthpiece that gives you a good sound, its truly how you use it..." read more »

"If you get a chance, pop over to c3 rider...I've got a build thread over there under kps01's c3 mods, another member patrickhove has a good build thread too...I've been able to apply a lot of the stuff from over here to the c3...I've got the bike running pretty good -- it's fast for a 49cc with the mods we've done so far..." read more »

"Brass presets sound very good, the others are responsive but not so realistic...The only effects are "Symphonic" - a sort of slow chorus effect that pretends to be a Leslie sim - and the vibrato, that is very simple but good...8 If it were lost or stolen I'd probably not buy another one..." read more »
