I figure it's because I haven't installed the drivers for it yet...With regards to downloading the driver you can go to www.2wire.com then click on support then drivers and documentation...Make sure that the gray cable is connected on a filter and on its correct port that says HPNA/DSL and it is connected where your dsl telephone number is...
