My lap top keeps shutting down its not the battery or power lead can anyone help...
Make sure there is plenty of air circulating around and under your laptop - sitting on a carpet or indeed on your lap can cause overheating...My laptop will periodically shut down when the processor overheats...Your question is very loaded because it could be absolutely anything that is causing it to shut down but it could be overheating: Clean all the vents on your laptop especially the fan vents...
