Whether it is an issue of bad luck or not, i have to say that you've received really bad service from the shop...As at that time, i was torn between Acer 4920 model and Dell 1420 model but in the end i chose Dell instead...It's not becos of u in bad luck it's just a FACT, ACER SUX...
