Since there is only a few inches of room above the screw, that's where the flexible drive comes in handy...It is either a quick fix or buy another printer...Some the dealer said just had to be reset (but they won't tell me how that was done, assuming holding certain buttons down on powerup), 1 or 2 took control boards, and a few fuser units from what I can remember...
