It is better than the gl-2 in low light, but sonys are usually the best in low light...The comment here on cnet about the flourite lens on the Canon, btw, is that it is an obscure addition, good or bad...

If it seems too good to be true, then it is too good to be true...A whole $1000 knocked off from the price of a GL2 without being in a kit...you can just go and buy it for $849(or whatnot) and see if it is any good, and let us know...Yes the GL2 is worth the price...

Is the LCD on the GL2 supposed to be a little fuzzy and if so does the video look a lot better when i transfer it to the computer...I have 2 of these cameras and typically this is somewhat normal...Seeing how the GL2 only has a 4pin there isn't a way for me to connect...
