Good place to start, I have no issues on my mx310 drivers with Vista 64bit, which I downloaded from Canon...If you anyone could be of help I'd really appreciate it...The image I want to copy is centered as it should be, but the rest of the sheet is filled with black ink surrounding it all...

Simple..Just hold down the "stop/reset" button for a good 7 seconds.After that you will get a "ink volume unknown" on the LCD display...Got any good ideas that work for you...Even Canon doesn't have any for bad chips, we just replace and throw away the inks...

I've taken a closer look at the Canon 58mm wideangle - but since I didn't have a 52mm to 58mm step up ring (I already have a 43mm to 52mm step up ring) I couldn't test it with my MX300...It's 0.8x magnification, so that would make it equivalent to MX300's 38mm (SLR still camera equivalent) * 0.8 = 30.4mm...Discussion & good advice - those are important qualities...
