I just read DCowan?s post about comparing the HVR-V1u to the Canon XH-G1...Theoretically, I think I am inclined to lean in favor of Sony's progressive scan CMOS chips rather than Canon's interlace CCDs...I am definitely anxious to see some real world comparisons...

Hi everyone, ok this is NOT an offical XH G1 Review, I've got the previledge to be unoffically sponsered by Canon to shoot a trailer today(Sunday) with the new Canon XH G1...and good for running around shooting random stuff...But several settings or most of the desired settings has to be manually adjusted in the incamera menu...
