I am trying to import video from the A1, the sound NEVER sincs with the video...BAD IDEA, I swithched it to straight HDV...

It certainly doesn't look like the GL2...Compared to SD, the A1's HDV picture quality is three times as sharp...I never was really a fan of that "film" look myself, but it seems like HDV's 24F is a bit choppy when you move the camera ever so slightly...
