While the ZR80 was in use, I tried to download the movies to my computer using an older Canon ZR...Is it likely that the DV produced by the ZR80 will not be compatible with the other (older ZR...It may be that the ZR you are using is having problems reading the tape that the zr80 recorded, I have had issues like this before, one deck reads something fine while another won't...
