I have had this Dell 1800FP monitor for a few years, and ran it for most of that time in DVI mode...I recently got a GeForce 6800XT card (which is equipped with 2 DVI ports which I intend to run 2 flat panels from), and I cannot get my 1800FP to display in DVI mode with this card...The 1800FP works fine when the DVI->VGA adapter is used and the monitor is set to use VGA...

The text on the 1800fp is much blurrier then the 17 and 19...I' m using the 1800FP for about 3 weeks now with DVI input and am very pleased with it...I' ve got a pretty high end graphics card and haven' t found lag time issues with the panel even on games like Unreal, etc...I paid $519 shipped so you' re looking at a pretty good deal IMO...
